The only ICT I have seen in Science is a PowerPoint which I used. It was questions and answers to support children's understanding of materials.

I used a programme called Daydream which had animations about the Sun and the earth and light and shadows and stuff. it wasn't particularly interactive though.
IWB
Lots of ICT games and quizzes related to circuits and electricity. Involves problem solving as to why a circuit isn't working and how they would get it to work
I used a powerpoint presentation that I found on the internet that classified materials into glass, metal, plastic, paper and fabric
Interactive white board used to play game on forces.
Use of websites such as BBC science clips - quiz
The only ICT I saw in Science was using the interactive whiteboard to record results for an investigation.
And wee
The children have used an interactive program to learn about how they see. (Boots learning)
They have also played a game relating to how light reflects.
My Year 1 class have not used any ICT programmes/websites. However, i saw a Year 6 class using crocodile clips to help them learn about circuits.
