The only ICT I have seen in Science is a PowerPoint which I used. It was questions and answers to support children's understanding of materials.

I used a programme called Daydream which had animations about the Sun and the earth and light and shadows and stuff. it wasn't particularly interactive though.

Lots of ICT games and quizzes related to circuits and electricity. Involves problem solving as to why a circuit isn't working and how they would get it to work
