I hope they remember that they can make a difference when it comes to national problems like the oil spill.
I hope my students will see how science connects to the world around them and how it can be used to help solve problems and give them ideas for the future.

I hope my students understand that haste makes waste, and we must free ourselves from being slaves to oil.
May they remember that out of vast problems solutions can arise that change the world for the better.

I would piggyback off of Craig719 & say that I hope students see the use of tech & the internet as a seamless flow into projects & not as a big deal.
