Today I read a counting book to my 1 year old niece. I am hoping that she grows up to LOVE numbers just as much as her favorite aunt does!

I travel a lot so I have to divide the gallons of gas that I have used into the miles that I have driven to see how many miles per gallon I am getting .

When I hem a skirt or pair of pants to make them shorter, I use a ruler to measure. Then I subtract to know how much to cut off.
