Mr. Turner can u use wallwisher to post daily homework for students. I am a parent and it would really help me out a lot.

kayso, on our teacher prpject, what exactly do we have to do on our first outline; focus andd review?? HELP.-_-

Focus and Review- state in your own words what prior knowledge students already have that will be used to teach your objective.

Statement of Objective- state in your own words why the objective you are teaching is important and how it can and will be used in real life situations.

Teacher Input- your script. what you are going to say to teach lesson, questions you will asked, answers to the questions...any and all dialogue you will say!

Guided Practice- problems worked out exactly how you want the kids to solve...here is where you will be modeling your found solutions to the problems.

Independent Practice- approx. 5 problems with solutions that you want students to solve on their own as you monitor and check for understanding.

Closure- sum it up. Tell how your lesson can and will be used to solve higher level problems and where these mathematical skills will be applied. state a few.

Will- the keynote, powerpoint is an visual aid. So you wont have to write down a lot as you teach. Each point 1-6 must be written out on paper and handed in.

Only I will read #1, #2, #6... You will speak #3, speak and model #4, and just monitor #5(giving hints/suggestions as you go around the room checking work)
