This is not my complete favorite but I had a good picture to share. Baked Stuffed Lobsters
Tuna steak, rare and almost cool in the center, seared on both sides.
Chicken with peppercorns and brandied cream sauce with crispy roasted potatoes and cinnamon carrots. Asparagus is a nice green side.
So, Dan why not cook us up sum dem good ole ribs of yourn?
One of my favorite foods is Paella, a Spansih dish of seafood, chicken, rice and veggies. Que bueno!
Roasted root veggie's from my wife....lots of garlic. yum yum
