we will listen and respond respectfully to all comments/discussions etc
meetings will adjourn no later than 4:30.
there will be an agenda for each meeting and that one agenda item will be "Faculty Forum."
we will use a portion of each meeting to celebrate the work and accomplishments (professional and personal) of our colleagues and our school
